At Hygge Wellness, our mission is to provide a holistic sanctuary where every individual can experience true balance, restoration, and renewal. We believe that wellness is more than the absence of stress—it’s the intentional cultivation of physical vitality, mental clarity, and emotional harmony. Through a curated selection of innovative therapies, including cryotherapy, infrared sauna, vibroacoustic experiences, lymphatic drainage, and mindful body treatments, we support the body’s natural ability to heal, detoxify, and rejuvenate.

Prior Your Visit

Hygge Protocol: Silence, peace and respect are part of our Hygge Community. Please consider other guests' space and privacy. Please silence any electronic devices you might have before entering the facility
Hygge Arrival: To give adequate time to your well-being and relaxation, we recommend that you arrive 5 minutes before your treatment. Late arrivals will affect the duration of your scheduled appointment.
Hygge Environment: We have a scent environment, if you have any scent sensitivity please let us know in advance so we can free up the space for your convenience.
Package & Giftcard Policy: All packages and gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase. After this period, any remaining sessions or balances will automatically expire. We encourage guests to book their sessions in advance to ensure they can enjoy the full value within the validity period.

Hygge Attire: Bathrobes, slippers and disposables are available for your treatment sessions.
Valuables Loss or Damages: Please secure your valuables. Hygge Wellness Center will not be held responsible for any loss or damage during your visit.
Scheduling and Cancellation Policy: To schedule or to rebook, contact us. All treatments should preferably be booked in advance to ensure availability. If you wish to reschedule or cancel your booking, please be advised that 24 hours are required for us to accommodate your request, or two hours if the appointment is made on the same day. No-shows or last-minute cancellations will incur a 100% charge.

Such a beautiful space! The practitioners were all so warm and welcoming. Diana gave me the most relaxing and thorough lymphatic massage — it didn’t take long for me to settle into my body and completely drift away. I ended my treatment with some time in the infrared sauna, which was the perfect way to wrap up my self-care day. Highly recommend Hygge to anyone in need of a reset. The area is so cute too definitely make a little date out of it!

What a new hidden gem ! When you need a moment to unwind and shed the stress and worries, HYGGE Wellness Center is the perfect place to relax and to recalibrate. The infrared sauna is incredible! I didn’t think I would sweat that much, but after 15 minutes my body started sweating buckets! Just after one session, my face felt INCREDIBLY supple and smooth! My face was glowing the next day! The infrared sauna is a great way to detox and to recharge after a stressful week. Everyone is so warm & welcoming!!! It’s a great place to escape to when you need to destress. Love it! A little haven in Roncy!

If you’re looking to relax, detox & feel better, this is the place. I’ve gone several times for the infrared sauna along with a lymphatic drainage and body sculpt treatment / massage, all of which were amazing. I can’t speak highly enough about the space, people & energy. Professional, welcoming, and a safe space for detoxing physically, and clearing your mind. I brought my mom and she loved her experience here as well. I would recommend to anyone & everyone!
