Hygge (pronounced hoo-gah) is a Danish concept that embraces comfort, warmth, and intentional living. At our wellness centre, hygge means creating a safe, nurturing space where your nervous system can soften, your body can restore, and you can simply be.

What should I expect during my first visit?

What are the benefits of your wellness services?

Our modalities are designed to: Regulate the nervous system, Support detoxification and circulation, Reduce stress and muscular tension, Improve sleep quality, Promote emotional clarity and balance. Each experience is gentle yet powerful, working with your body’s natural ability to restore.

How often should I book a session?

This depends on your goals. For stress regulation and nervous system support, many guests come weekly or bi-weekly. For maintenance and general wellness, once or twice per month is common. We’re happy to personalize a rhythm that feels aligned for you.

Is this covered by insurance?

Therapeutic massage performed by a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) are eligible for insurance reimbursement. We recommend checking directly with your provider for coverage details. Make sure to book with our RMT and not our Aromatherapists if you are looking for insurance coverage

Can I combine services?

Yes. Many of our guests layer experiences — for example, pairing massage with sauna, or the Crystal Cave with a nervous system-supporting modality. Combining services often enhances the overall restorative effect.

Do you host private events or small group experiences?

Yes 🤍 We love creating cozy, intentional gatherings. Our wellness centre is available for private bookings, celebrations, corporate wellness sessions, and intimate group experiences. Most of our rooms comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests at a time, making them perfect for: Galentine’s gatherings, Birthday wellness experiences, Bridal celebrations, Team bonding and corporate reset sessions, Couples or friends’ self-care days. We can curate a personalized flow of services such as massage, Crystal Cave sessions, sauna, or other nervous system–supporting modalities. To create a shared experience that feels warm, grounding, and deeply restorative. What are the benefits of the Crystal Cave?

The Crystal Cave is a multi-sensory experience designed to support emotional grounding and energetic restoration. With Himalayan salt flooring, crystal energy, calming light therapy, and frequency-infused sound, and Tesla coil generator walls, which help create a subtle ionic field within the space. The Tesla coil technology works to gently energize the environment, increasing the presence of negative ions, similar to what you may experience near waterfalls, forests, or after a rainfall. Do you accept walk-ins, or are appointments required?

Appointments are recommeneded to ensure personalized care and confirmed availability. Same-day availability may be possible depending on schedule and practitioner schedules.

How do I book a session?

Book securely online in under two minutes. Pick a date/time, and confirm with a card to hold the appointment. You’ll receive an instant email confirmation and a reminder before your visit. You can book from our website, instagram, or by giving us a call.

Can I walk in or do I need to book in advance?

We recommend booking at least 2 hours in advance so our team can prepare your treatment. Walk-ins may be accommodated based on availability—call ahead to check today’s openings:

What is the cancellation policy?

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to the full session fee. You can manage your booking from your confirmation email or by contacting us.

Do I need to bring anything?

Wear comfortable clothing and stay hydrated. We will provide lounge wear as well if you would like to change. If this is your first visit, complete the secure intake form sent in your confirmation email before you arrive.

How do payments and holds work?

A card on file is required to secure all bookings. Your card may be pre-authorized prior to the appointment; you’re only charged after your session is completed. We accept major credit/debit cards and HSA/benefits cards where applicable.

Can I reschedule my appointment?

Yes—use the “Manage Booking” link in your confirmation email to pick a new time at least 24 hours in advance. For same-day changes, please call the clinic and we’ll do our best to help.

What if I’m running late?

We offer a 10-minute grace period. Arrivals beyond that window may be shortened to respect the next client’s time and may still incur the full fee. Please plan to arrive 5–10 minutes early for check-in.

Will I complete forms before my first visit?

Yes—after you book, you’ll receive a secure intake form and consent documents by email. Completing these in advance speeds up your check-in and helps our clinicians tailor your session.
