Breath Work with Katrina
Join us in the peaceful surroundings at Hygge for a 75-minute guided experience at 7:30pm designed to help you step out of the noise and return to yourself.
The session begins with activation through conscious movement and shaking to release tension and open the body. You’ll then be guided through Elemental Rhythm breathwork rounds set to curated music, with subtle layers of sound woven throughout. The experience continues into meditation and visualization, and closes with a period of rest and integration. Each experience is thoughtfully curated and shaped by the energy of the group, the season, and what feels present in the moment.
What to expect:
• A deeper sense of grounding and presence
• Space to release tension and clear the mind
• Insight, perspective, and re-connection
• A calm, steady, more connected state
Please note: this experience is not recommended during pregnancy. A key thing is no eating for 1.5 hours before hand
No experience needed. All are welcome. Held in a small group setting. Bring an eye mask.
